• Assess alleged damages/injuries and contributory causes.
• Organize / summarize and interpret medical records and other medically related litigation materials.
• Conduct research to support and/or refute medical aspects of the case based on current medical standards.
• Identify / review relevant medical records, hospital policies / procedures and other essential documents and tangible items.
• Identify and locate appropriate testifying experts which may be needed and serve as liaison.
• Assist with preparation of interrogatories.
